Puff vs. No Puff… THAT IS THE QUESTION!

The main difference between 3D puff embroidery and flat embroidery is that 3D puff embroidery adds a three-dimensional element to the design, while flat embroidery lays the threads flat on the fabric. In flat embroidery, the threads are stitched onto the fabric to create a two-dimensional design. There is an additional $5 charge per hat for 3D Puff embroidery.

For the best results, make sure you do the following:
Please confirm the desired hat size from the “Select Size” drop-down option.
Embroidery is done by a machine that stitches threads directly into the product.  We recommend a bold font and use solid colors. Halftones and gradients cannot be embroidered. We may adjust your image for the best results.
Keep your design simple. Small details and thin lines in fonts aren’t captured well in stitching.

Make sure you keep your artwork within the safe zone. This will ensure your design fits properly.
